Responsibilities
Sculpting and modelling art designs.
Digitally modelling and sculpting hi-res 3D models in digital sculpting software.
Making clean, low-res computer and video game topology, UVs and textures.
Collaboratively working with animators to create 3D motions for animating objects like most vehicles.
While artistically making them moveable for game designs, animated shorts and other projects, having collaboration with multi-disciplinary design teams is possibly responsible to bring characters to life in 3D instead of 2D.
Revising/updating and improving character designs with the help of concept artists to make changes of respective characters.
Submitting and iterating design to work and have possible solutions for each problem in a quick manner than normally creating them.
Involving self-management and awareness of the important things that really needed and required those ones around you.
Usually generating artistic ideas and using 3D art designs to share information about their descriptions to the team members as a form of communication.
Putting 3D models into games that render 2.5D graphics with the help of 2D animators and artists.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
Continually developing their skills and knowledge to produce high-quality work.
Qualifications
4 or more years of experience in a creative and artistic field, such as drawing, designing, illustrating, painting, rotoscoping, digitizing, modelling, or sketching things for video games, TV shows, animated shorts, or movies.
A strong foundation and background in traditional art skills, such as modeling, rigging, and sculpting, and design.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Hard-surface modeling skills.
Thorough knowledge of everyday and imaginary objects.
Various working skills to revise gears faster if necessarily required.
With the important use of your communication abilities, maturely and succinctly describing your work in a processing stage, and conversing information to team by yourself are allowed.
A baccalaureate or bachelor's degree of arts in computer graphics, animation, rigging, filming, modelling, sculpting, texturing, or a related field.
