Responsibilities
Collaborating with other members of a creative to develop a visual style and direction for a project.

Continually developing their skills and knowledge to produce high-quality work.
Qualifications
4 or more years of experience in a creative and artistic field, such as drawing, designing, illustrating, painting, rotoscoping, digitizing, modelling, or sketching things for video games, TV shows, animated shorts, or movies.
A strong foundation in traditional art skills, such as drawing, painting, and composition.
A bachelor's degree in arts, designs, or a related field can be passable, but is not always necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in digital art tools and software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D modeling software.
A portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of artistic abilities and styles.
Strong and good communication and collaboration skills, as concept artists often work closely with other members of a creative team.
A combination of artistic talent, technical skills, and collaboration abilities that can help setting someone up for success in an artistic field.
