Responsibilities
  • Identifying a variety of audio opportunities and other requirements of certain assets in commercial and promotional products, made by Psoaic, in a self-driven or collaborative way.

  • Producing, conceptualizing, planning, recording and designing high-quality sound assets in accordance with the development and testing stages of a product release life cycle.

  • Recording, mixing, editing, and mastering audio tracks to ensure the highest quality sound possible for a variety of projects.

  • Integrating audio in various forms of both linearizing and interactivity with a product via the use of closed-source (proprietary/non-free) or open-source (free) software.

  • Managing all necessary audio assets (sound files, models, scripts, and a lot more) associated with a given product using the necessary application software that is either proprietary or open-source.

  • Collaborating and working with musicians, producers, sound designers, and other audio professionals to understand their creative vision and bring it to life and make a cohesive and polished final product.

  • Involving everything from music production to mixing and mastering.

  • Providing guidance and feedback throughout the process.

  • Delivering high-quality work that meets the needs of the fellow clients and helps them achieve their goals.

  • Analyzing projects and specifications, and liaising together with directors and other stakeholders to gather certain information before processing a musical composition.

  • Technically composing, recording, and performing scores and arrangements that complement a variety of media, most specifically television shows, animations, videos, movies, theaters, attractions, commercials, and video games. This includes various events.

  • Attending rehearsals or production studio sessions, and providing a productive, creative input to actors, musicians, and directors, making them collaborators.

  • Usefully expanding the exact knowledge of musical equipment, software packages, and technical records.

  • Planning virtual or physical meetings, together with directors and producers, to discuss various contract and project needs via schedule.

  • Completely receiving feedback and finishing the composition changes, especially the revisions.

  • Communicating any musically composition-related issues to the fellow producer or director in a timely way.

  • Physically traveling or virtually connecting to the internet in order to meet clients, or in this case, relocating for the duration of the composition project.

  • Networking with other industrial professionals and conducting research on musical compositions, specifically the classical and modern ones.

  • Regularly attending the theater to be present in listening to the music and obtain new musical ideas and inspirations.

Qualifications
  • 4 or more years of experience in:

    • Production of professional quality sounds and all related technologies with audio functionalities.

    • Game engine audio implementation technologies as a part of computer and video game development.

    • Taking a video game or other type of media (movies and TV shows for example) as a linear equivalent from conception and development through the means of publication and shipment.

    • Audio production, mixing, recording, and editing.

    • Hearing themed music in TV and web shows, theaters, attractions, movies and video games.

    • Playing and hearing musical instruments.

    • Learning the basics of writing a song.

    • Singing ability with tunes.

    • Hearing voices of animated characters, narrators and the others in TV, web shows, movies and video games.

    • Practicing the performance of voiceover via acting, showing emotions with voiceovers.

    • Voicing characters, announcers, narrators or other additional voices as different voice roles, including reprisals.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A bachelor's degree in music, sound design, voice acting, or a related field.

  • The ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of artists, sound designers, and musicians, helping them to achieve their creative vision and bring their music to life.

  • Skills in using industry-standard software and equipment.

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in making audio assets, including music, voices, and sound effects.

  • Passion of music.

  • Dedication of helping the clients achieve their goals.

  • A portfolio of your existing musical or audio work.

  • Masterful competence in playing at least one or more musical instruments.

  • The ability of singing could be advantageously possible to help make tunes as well as musical notes for composing songs.

  • Understandably and mindfully disciplined with the involvement of using excellent time management skills, especially with various demands you likely need.

  • A deep understanding of music theory, composition, and performance.

  • A keen ear for detail.

  • A deep understanding of music and sound design.

  • Experience in conducting and arranging music.

  • Experience in recording, mixing, and editing sound.

  • Experience in the specific genre or style of production is often necessary.

  • Experience in the specific genre or style of music that is required for the production.

  • Thoughts of voice and acting lessons.

  • With the important use of your communication abilities, maturely and succinctly describing your work in a processing stage, and conversing information to team by yourself are allowed.
