Responsibilities
Overseeing the entire animation process, from concept to completion.
Creating character designs, and directing the animation team to ensure that every frame is a masterpiece, including storyboards.
Managing budgets and timelines.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality.
Keeping up-to-date with the animation techniques and technologies.
Sharing their knowledge and expertise the rest of the team.
Qualifications
4 or more years of experience in a creative field, such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Hard-surface modelling skills.
A strong background in art and animation skills and design.
A bachelor's degree in animation or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the industry.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to bring stories to life through art of animation, as well as experience managing budgets and timelines.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Working collaboratively with other to ensure that the final product the highest standards of quality.
Passion for animation.
Commitment to keep up-to-date with latest techniques and technologies.
