Record and calculate the economic entities

Accountancy or accounting is an economical practice with skills of recording, classifying, processing, and reporting business transactions and other economical and mathematical information for economic and profitable entities like businesses, corporations, companies, and organizations. It also helps economists and business staff members to provide feedback for business management, and make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the finances of an economic entity. An accountant is responsibly known for examining financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial results as these responsibilities are skillfully accurate throughout the years.


Psoaic is looking for an importantly and professionally skilled accountant in order to help us manage all forms of financial transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, income, bank deposits, tax payments and returns, and budgets.


For the success of this role, an account must require previous experience with the use of bookkeeping and a flair for spotting and checking mathematical and numeral errors. Ultimately though, we as a client-based business organization will beneficially and successfully provided by using quantitively accurate information on financial position, liquidity, cash flows, and taxes of our business thanks to you as an accountant.

Responsibilities
  • Auditing financial documents and procedures.

  • Reconciling and publishing the timely bank statements.

  • Calculating tax payments and returns.

  • Managing all financial transactions.

  • Preparing budget reports.

  • Making accounts payable and receivable.

  • Ensuring bank payments.

  • Managing balance sheets and profit/loss records.

  • Making a report on the financial health and liquidity of a company.

  • Financially auditing the transactions and documents.

  • Reinforcing the financial data confidentiality.

  • Conducting the database/spreadsheet backups.

  • Sticking with financial and accounting policies and regulations.

Qualifications
  • 4 or more years of experiencing accountancy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A strong reliance on accounting policies, regulations, and procedures.

  • Advanced database skills like making VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables.

  • Excellent experience and knowledge of general ledger functions.

  • Accurate attention on detail and strong analytical skills.

  • A bachelor's degree in accountancy, finance, or a related field.

  • Working excellence and knowledge of the following list of accounting programs:

    • Microsoft Office Excel

    • LibreOffice Calc

    • Apache OpenOffice Calc

    • WPS Office spreadsheet processor
