Psoaic is currently seeking a skillfully talented video game director to join our team. The ideal candidate shall have a strong foundation in game development and a passion for creating immersive and engaging gaming experiences. As a video game director at Psoaic, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of exciting new games and work with a team of talented designers, programmers, and artists.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the entire development process of a video game, from concept to completion.

  • Working closely and collaboratively with designers, programmers, and artists to ensure that the game meets the highest standards of quality and delivers engaging, unforgettable, and immersive gaming experience for players.

  • Managing the project budget and timeline.

  • Making sure that the game is delivered on time and within budget.

  • Constantly looking for new ways to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible in the industry.

Qualifications
  • A strong background in game development.

  • Experience in leading teams and managing projects.

  • A bachelor's degree in game design, computer science, or a related field.

  • Several years of experience in industry.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • A passion for gaming.

  • A commitment to innovation.

  • The essential ability to think creatively and solve problems.
