A visual and user experience designer is a professional who responsibly and knowingly specializes in creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound. Additionaly, they are responsible for ensuring that the design is accessible and inclusive for all users.


Psoaic is currently seeking a talented, skilled, and experienced visual and user experience designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in design principles, user research, and user experience, with a focus on creating digital experiences that are both beautiful and user-friendly. They would be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including UX, developers, and product managers, to ensure that the design is consistent with the overall product strategy and meets customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Creating designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure that the design is consistent with the overall product strategy and meets customer needs.

  • Ensuring that the design is accessible and inclusive for all users.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and for using this knowledge to create innovative and engaging digital experiences.

  • Collaboratively working with cross-functional teams.

  • Using strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in UX motion designs.

  • Experience in setting up and using print production devices.

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.

  • Strongly excellent skills in design principles, user research, and user experience.

  • A deeply strong and thorough understanding of the design and development process.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and user satisfaction.

  • Production-prepared illustrations, animations, graphics, and marketing imagery.

  • Proficiency and excellence in the following list of design software:
